My elderly parents and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel in Chester, and I must say, our expectations were exceeded in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed such a kind and accommodating attitude towards my parents, which truly warmed my heart. the ironing facilities in our room were a lifesaver, ensuring we looked our best for exploring the charming city. the sitting area in our room was spacious and inviting, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding area. the dining table was perfect for enjoying meals together, and the garden furniture on the patio allowed us to soak up the sunshine. the well-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils made it easy to prepare our own meals when we didn't feel like dining out. the electric kettle was a nice touch for brewing a cup of tea in the morning. the flat-screen TV kept us entertained in the evenings, and the comfortable carpeted floor made us feel right at home. the proximity to popular restaurants and bars like Palm Cocktail Bar & Eatery, Upstairs At the Grill, and Commonhall St Social was a bonus, allowing us to easily explore the local dining scene. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
